Order management
You can receive online purchase orders from buyers after enabling the online purchase function for your product(s).
To enable this function for your product(s), your company should complete the set-up as follows:
1) How to receive payment
2) How much is the shipping rate
3) Product-related information for online purchase
Please refer to Receiving Online Purchase orders for more information.
When you have received an Online Purchase order, you can view the order by clicking “Order Management” on the “My Dashboard” page:
The “Order Management” page shows a list of orders your company has received:

Pending Shipping Fee |
If you receive a new order to which Free Shipping and Easyship service are not available, the order status will be "Pending Shipping Fee". Please remember to enter shipping information to proceed. |

Awaiting Buyer’s Payment |
If the payment is not completed by the buyer, the order status will be "Awaiting Buyer's Payment" |
|
Payment in Review by PayPal |
If PayPal finds the order to be suspicious, the order status will change to "Payment in Review by PayPal" |
|
Payment Settled |
After the transaction amount has been credited to the supplier’s PayPal account, the order status will change to "Payment Settled" |
|
Cancelled |
If the order is cancelled, the order status will change to "Cancelled" |
Pending Shipping Fee
If you receive a new order to which Free Shipping and Easyship service are not available, the order status will be "Pending Shipping Fee". Please update the shipping information to proceed:
In the “My Dashboard” page, click “Order Management”
Select the order with order status "Pending Shipping Fee"
Input shipping information and click"save"
