Easily manage your products
To manage your products, you should go to the “Product & Service Management” page.
Click on the “Product & Service” tab to go to the page:
Functions available in the “Product & Service Management” Page
In our “Product & Service management” page, various functions are available for you to manage your products & service item on hktdc.com Sourcing:
- Add new products/services
You can upload new products or services on the “Product & Service” page by clicking on the “Add Product/Add Service” button:
To view more details, click on Add Product or Add Service.
- Edit existing products
Use the filtering function to find your existing products.
Mouse over to the right side of the product and click the pen icon of the product to make changes.
- Change product status
Once your product(s) has been approved, you may turn your product’s status from offline to online or vice versa at any time.
You can easily do so by clicking on the toggle of the product as shown below:
You can also change the status of approved products in batches:
For approved products, you can multi-select and click on the “Online” or “Offline” button to change them to online or offline in batches.
- Resubmit rejected products
Click here to learn more about when your products are rejected.
- Batch deletion
For products to be deleted in batches, multi-select the products and click on the “Delete” button to do so.
