Change Your Existing Password
1. Visit hktdc.com Sourcing and log in your account. Then click on “” in the top right corner and select the “Edit Profile” option.
2. In the “Account Information” tab on the “My HKTDC User Profile” page, scroll down to the “Login Password” field and click on the “Change login password” link.
3. Enter your existing password and new password. Then click on the “Change Password” button. Please note that the new password must be at least 8 characters long and contain a mix of letters and numbers.
4. Complete! Your password is now updated.
Reset Password
1. Visit hktdc.com Sourcing. Click on “” in the top right corner and select the “Login” option.
2. Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
3. Enter your email address associated with your account. Complete the Captcha and click on the “Send ‘Reset Password’ Email” button. You will receive a secure link in your registered email to proceed with the password reset.
4. Check your mailbox for an email titled "My HKTDC Account Password Reset" and click on the link provided to reset your password.
5. Enter your new password and click on the “Reset Password” button. Please note that the new password must be at least 8 characters long and contain a mix of letters and numbers.
6. Your password is now reset. You will also receive a confirmation email about the change.
