When answering buyers’ enquiries in the Message Centre, you can save your frequent replies as templates instead of typing out the same messages repeatedly. This feature saves time and allows you to respond to buyer enquiries quickly and consistently.
Set up Message Template
1. Open a buyer chat and click on "Setup Template" to open the "New Template" pop-up window.
2. Input the template name and content. Then, click on "Save" to create the message template. You can create up to 20 message templates.
Use Message Template
1. You can find the templates in the dropdown list next to the "Setup Template" button.
2. Click on the message template you want to use, and the related content will automatically fill in the message box. Then, click the "Send" button to reply to the buyer.
Edit Message Template
1. Click on "" next to the template you want to edit.
2. You can edit the template name and content.
Delete Message Template
1. Click on "" and confirm the deletion.
Message Template Applicable to HKTDC Marketplace App
You can also use your message templates in the HKTDC Marketplace App's Message Centre.
