Suppliers can set up their frequently sent messages as templates in Message Centre to save time in replying buyer enquiries.
Set up Message Template
Open a buyer chat and click "Setup Template" to open the "New Template" pop up
Input template name and content. Then, click "Save" and your template will be created.
(You can create up to 20 message templates.)
Use Message Template
You can find the templates in the dropdown list (next to "Setup Template")
Click on the template you want to use and the related template content will be filled in the message box automatically.
Edit Message Template
Click button next to the template
You can edit the template name and content.
Delete Message Template
Click the button and a confirmation message will show before the deletion.
