You have two options for managing your business card information.
Edit Business Card in Message Centre
If you want to make temporary changes to the information on your business card, you can directly edit it in the Message Centre.
1. Click "Edit" button to edit your business card information
2. You can edit your business card information, including personal and company details, using the form provided.
3. Once you have finished editing, click "Save" and your business card reflects the updated information.
Edit "MyHKTDC" user profile
If you want to synchronize your business card with your MyHKTDC user profile, any changes made to your account information will automatically update your business card.
1. Click "here" on the edit business card form and it will open the MyHKTDC user profile page in a new window.
2. You can modify your account information and click "Done and Save"
3. Refresh the Message Center page and open your business card. You will then see that the changes in your account information have been synchronized with the business card.
