Set up mobile number login
1. To set up mobile number login for your account, please go to hktdc.com Sourcing and log into your account with your email address first.
2. After logging in, click “Edit Profile” on the side menu to enter the “My HKTDC User Profile” page.
3. On the “Account Information” tab of My HKTDC User Profile page, scroll down to the “Mobile Number” section, then click “Edit” to enter and “save” your mobile number.
4. After saving your mobile number, click “Yes” to verify your mobile number. A one-time passcode will then be sent to your mobile phone for verification.
5. Please enter the passcode received and click “Verify”.
Upon successful verification, you can log into the Supplier Dashboard with your mobile number to manage your company’s store profile and products.
Log in with mobile number
1. Please go to hktdc.com Sourcing. Click and then click
to enter the Login page.
2. On the Login page, click “Mobile Number Login” to switch to the mobile login page.
3. Enter your mobile number and click “Next”. A one-time passcode will then be sent to your mobile phone for verification.
4. After entering the passcode and clicking “Login”, you can log into the Supplier Dashboard to start managing your company’s store profile and products.
