The media storage can be used to upload and host a variety of media files on your online store, including:
- Images for Company or Product/Service
- Videos for Company or Product/Service
- Certificates for Company or Product/Service
- Catalogues
For example,
- A company has a total media storage capacity of 3GB
- Storage used for company profile like banners, certificates, catalogues is 400MB
- Assuming size of each product image is 2MB
In this case, the company can upload over 1,300 product images.
2. Review of Your Media Storage Usage
To check the usage of media storage, simply log into “My Sourcing” and click “Manage Store Profile” on the left menu.
The “Media Storage Usage” information is shown on the top of the page, showing the current usage in bold.
3. How to top up storage if needed?
Once the media storage is full, you will not be able to add new products/services or make further updates on your store.
