When managing the store profile, consider uploading the certificates of your company. This can be an effective way to enhance company’s image and credibility and build greater trust from buyers.
1. Go to “Manage Store Profile” after login to MySourcing.
2. Then click "Profile".
3. Go to “Certification” section, click the "+Add new certificate" button, and upload a maximum of 10 items.
💡 Make sure to toggle the 'Display' option to the 'On' position. This will ensure the new certificate is visible on your store profile.
4. Fill in the information on the certificate (Certificate Name, Issued By, Certificate Type, Issued Date, Expiry Date) and click "Upload".
5. Click the “+ Add” button to upload a new certificate. Supported file formats include JPG, JPEG, PNG and PDF, with a maximum file size of 5MB.
6. After uploading image to media library, select the image and click "Submit".
7. If uploading a PDF file of the certificate, select the PDF file and click “Submit”.
When uploading a PDF file, the preview will only display the generic file icon, without showing a visual preview of the PDF content.
8. Click "Confirm" to proceed.
9. The Certificate has been added to the company "Profile" page.
10. When buyers source on hktdc.com Sourcing using the “Company Certificate” filter, related products from suppliers with company certificates will be shown in the search list.
