Providing factory information helps buyers better understand your manufacturing capabilities and facilities.
In the Factories & Facilities section, you can add and maintain information about your factory locations. Each factory location can include detailed facility information, such as factory size, address, production details, photos, videos, and documents.
1. Open the left menu on the Supplier Dashboard page, then click “Manage Store Profile” under “My Online Store”.
2. On the “Manage Store Profile” page, click the “Profile” tab and scroll down the page to locate the “Production Capabilities” section.
💡Make sure the display toggle is switched on. This ensures the Factories & Facilities section is visible in your online store.
3. Click “Edit” to enter the “Production Capabilities” page.
4. Click “+ Add new factory (Max. 5 items)”.
5. Enter the factory information and upload the relevant media.
6. You may repeat the step 4-5 to add more factory locations.
7. After editing the English version, please remember to click the “Preview and Submit for Approval” button to submit the changes.
