2. To continue the conversation, you can directly reply to the email received from the domain hktdcenquiry@sourcing.hktdc.org. Your messages will be sent to the supplier via both email and the Message Centre.
3. Alternatively, you can communicate with suppliers via the Message Centre, which offers additional features to enhance your interaction and connection with suppliers. For a comprehensive guide on these features, please visit: Section link of the Message Centre FAQ.
Important Notes:
1. Messages forwarded to non-registered accounts will be returned by email with an error message.
2. Further communications with suppliers can be conducted via email or the Message Centre. All the messages exchanged via email or the Message Centre can be found in the Message Centre.
3. For email with attachment(s), an error message will be received by email if:
- The attachment file name exceeds more than 255 characters or contains symbols other than period (.) and underscore (_).
- The attached file type is not jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, or tiff format.
- The sender attaches more than 4 attachments.
- The total email size exceeds 3MB.
- The sender has exceeded the daily attachment size limitation of 30 MB.
- If any of the above occurs, the system will continue to send the message to the receiver without the attachment(s)
