Submit an Enquiry Form
1. Click on the “Enquire” button of a product / service / supplier to open an enquiry form.
2. Fill in the enquiry details and click on the “Submit” button. You will be directed to the confirmation page once your enquiry is sent.

Alternatively, you can fill out and submit the enquiry form directly on a product / service detail page. Simply click on the “Contact Supplier” tab or scroll to the bottom of the page to complete the enquiry form.

Chat with Suppliers
1. To start a chat with suppliers, click on the “Chat Now” button or the “” button of a product/ service/ supplier. You will then be directed to the Message Centre.
2. Type your questions or click “Send Now” to chat with a supplier. You can request more details about the items you are interested in by sending messages.

Continue Your Previous Conversation with Suppliers
1. To view your enquiries in the Message Centre, click on ““, or click on “
” in the top right corner and select the “Message Centre” option.
2. Here, you will find a list of suppliers you have enquired on the left. Click on a supplier to view the conversation and send additional messages.
