If suppliers have set up a list of frequently asked questions, buyers can find them in the chat with the suppliers and quickly access the information they need.
1. Scroll down to the bottom of the chat with a supplier and you will find the "Frequently Asked Question" box.
2. Click on the "Frequently Asked Question" box to view all the questions.
3. Click on a specific question and the corresponding answer will appear in the chat.
The frequently asked questions are also available on the HKTDC Marketplace APP's Message Centre.
