Yes, you can upload a product video. Here are the technical requirements:
Product Video Requirements:
- File Format: MP4, MOV
- File Size: No more than 500MB
- Length: 3 minutes or less
After uploading the video, an auto-generated thumbnail will be created.
You can also choose an image from the media library as the thumbnail.
Video Thumbnail Requirements:
- File format: Support JPG, JPEG, PNG
- Dimension: > 550 x 550 px
- File size: Less than 5MB
